Fridays At Westbeth — An Autumn 2026 Reading Salon

In collaboration with Honor Roll! and 365 Women A Year: A Playwriting Project, Cosmic Orchid Theatre in New York City will present three evenings of monologues previously written by Honor Roll! Members for the 365 Playwriting Project, along with a short play or two. Staged Readings will be at Westbeth Community Room, 155 Bank Street, NYC, on Oct. 23, Nov. 13 and Dec. 11, 2026. The project was initiated by Liz Amadio, Artistic Director, Cosmic Orchid, www.cosmicorchid.com. The readings will be free and open to an invited audience. Honor Roll! Announces Recipients of the Marjorie Bicknell Honor Roll! Honors 2026

Honor Roll! Honors, now known as the Bicknell Awards, recognizes those theater professionals who work to ensure that the plays of women+ playwrights over 40 have a full and significant life on the American stage and are represented fairly in the canon of theatrical works. Recipients of the Awards were announced in September 2026.
